Associate Dean for Centers and External Programs

Shawn Leisinger, associate dean for Centers and external programs, is responsible for oversight and administration of the Centers for Excellence. He also serves as the point of contact for external speakers, development of programs and opportunities with other external partners, and continuing legal education programming. Dean Leisinger is developing and expanding the rural law program and associated partnerships. He also directs the externship program and works with alumni and others to develop placement opportunities for Washburn law students.
