Giving Societies

Dean’s Circle

The Dean’s Circle recognizes donors giving $1,000 or more each year to Washburn University School of Law. Members are invited to an annual dinner hosted by the Dean and law faculty, to select events at the law school and around the country, and recognition on a donor wall, prominently displayed in the lobby of the law school building. Membership is renewable on an annual basis.

Dean's Circle membership entitles you to recognition at the following levels:

  • Dean's Cabinet: $10,000 and up
  • Dean's Advisor: $5,000 to $9,999
  • Delmas Hill: $2,500 to $4,999
  • President's Club: $1,000 to $2,499

GOLD Club (Graduates of the Last Decade)

The GOLD Club provides a unique way for graduates from 2006-2014 to be involved in shaping Washburn Law for future students. This recognition program is designed specifically for Washburn Law's recent alumni. Every Graduate of the Last Decade is granted access to join the Dean's Circle for a gift of $100 times the number of years since graduation. Normally, an annual gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund, to an endowed fund, or to any program at the law school entitles you to membership in the Dean's Circle. However, the law school has introduced the GOLD Club to make it affordable for recent alumni to network with other Dean's Circle members. The membership is renewable on an annual basis.
