"Winning Damages in the Era of Tort Reform CLE
Patrik Neustrom, '77, has been a partner with Neustrom & Associates since 2005. His practice focuses on general civil trial with emphasis on personal injury litigation, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, automobile, truck, medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home, workers' compensation, and exotic torts.
In recent years, Neustrom has given presentations for the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association at the Automobile Law Seminar on Traumatic Brain Injuries. He was asked to present the speech again in Wichita, Kansas at the Best of Continuing Legal Education Seminars for the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. He also has spoken at the annual meeting of the Kansas Brain Injury Association.
Neustrom is involved with national brain injury education and trial groups.
Mr. Neustrom tries his own cases. He accepts referrals from other law firms and also associates with trial law firms throughout Kansas and the United States when additional expertise is needed to solve people's problems.
