"I feel the key to understanding a given area of law is to understand how it fits into the larger social picture. My teaching philosophy places more emphasis on the relationships of legal events than on the events themselves."
Prior to joining the Washburn Law faculty, Professor Wadley taught law in England, studied law in Mexico and performed legal research in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda. He lived for two years in Uruguay, Paraguay, and Argentina as a missionary for the Mormon Church.
Professor Wadley is the author of several treatises on agricultural law including: Agricultural Law, Kansas Agricultural Law, and Agricultural Law, A Practitioner's Guide to Representing Farm Clients. He has also authored Zoning: The Law in Florida and Florida Land Use Restrictions.
