Law Library 2011 Annual Book Sale
Free bookmarks, pens, pencils and other giveaways will be available while supplies last.
Law Library visitors may wish to view the following displays when they visit:
- 1966 tornado photos
- photos of the law school deans
- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Autograph Collection
- faculty scholarship
- history of the law school
Washburn University School of Law Library will celebrate National Library Week from Monday, April 11, 2011 through Friday, April 15, 2011 with its Annual Book Sale.
The sale, which is open to the public, begins each day at 8:30 a.m. and lasts until 7:00 p.m.
Stop by for books from the late 1800's, New York Times Best Sellers, cookbooks, children's books, puzzles, games, law books, movie videos, DVDs, CDs, sets of books, flash cards, and much more. There are also many Silent Bid items to add to the fun! (bidding ends at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 15th).
Prices on Friday, April 15 are:
- $4.00 $3.00 $2.00 $1.00 50 cents for Hardcover, Understanding series, Examples & Explanations, Nutshells, Flash Cards, CDs & DVDs, and Video Games
- $3.00 $2.00 $1.00 50 cents 25 cents for Paperbacks, Videos, Puzzles, Record Albums
Prices drop each day of the sale, but come early for the best selection.
Payment may be made by cash or check only at the Circulation Desk in the Law Library; items cannot be held for later payment and pickup.
