First Time Users

Location of initial password retrieval

If you already have your login information, you may skip this paragraph. If you have not used a Washburn e-mail account, you will need to retrieve your initial account information. Follow the Need a Login? link located just below the User Name & Password login.


To retrieve your information, you need to know your Washburn Identification Number (WIN). If you do not know this number, instructions on how to find it are provided by the WIN FAQ link at the very bottom of the account information retrieval page.


Once you have your login information, enter your User Name and Password and click Login. If it is your initial login, then you will be prompted to change your password to a new, more personal password.


Returning Users

After you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the MyWashburn homepage. Your e-mail box should be in the middle lower section of the page. To view any particular e-mail, simply click on the subject header. This will launch the Campus Pipeline e-mail center in a separate window. It will take a moment to load.

Once the e-mail center has fully loaded, you may begin reading and sending mail. To read a message, click on the message subject header. The message will appear in the lowest pane of the of E-mail Center window. There you may also reply or forward the message. You can also create a new message by clicking the Compose link at the top of the page.

Clicking any of the reply, forward, or compose links will open the Compose Message page in a new window.
