How To Install the Wireless Printers on Windows 7 & Vista

Install the Clinic Printers

  1. Step 1Click the Start button and type 'Printers' in Start Search.
  2. Step 3 Click on Add a printer.
  3. step 4Select Add a local printer.
  4. Step 5Select Create a new port and select Standard TCP/IP Port; then select Next.
  5. Step 6 Make sure the Device type is set for Autodetect. Type in the IP number in the second box as shown. (All of Washburn's "wireless" are HP 4250 printers and will use the same driver.)
    • Clinic Printer 1 is 172.16.205.215
    • Clinic Printer 2 is 172.16.205.220
  6. Step 7If it successfully detects the printer skip to Step 8. If it fails just click Next.
  7. Step 8Select HP as the Manufacturer and for Printers select HP LaserJet 4250 PCL 5.
  8. Step 9Name the printer and click Next.

  9. Step 10Select Do not share this printer and click Next.

  10. Step 10Click Finish.
  11. Now you are ready to setup Double-Sided Printing.
