Third Year Anywhere® Administrative Forms

Third Year Anywhere® administrative forms consist of the following:

• Declaration of Interest
  (to be submitted by the 6th week of the 3rd semester of law school)
• Application Form
  (to be submitted by the 4th week of the 4th semester of law school)
• Memorandum of Understanding/Guidelines for Field Placement Supervising Attorney, Student Extern, and Faculty Supervisor
  (to be completed after the externship opportunity is identified)
• Timesheet
  (to be completed and submitted to the Faculty Supervisor each week)
