Services

The primary function of the Law Library is to provide the necessary materials and services for instruction, study, and research by Law School faculty and students. The library also serves attorneys, scholars, and the general public.

 

Circulation

The Law Library's Circulation policies and procedures are designed to ensure that on-site researchers have access to the legal resources they need. As a result, many library resources do not circulate outside the building. More...

Washburn Law students and faculty may request materials not owned by the library. The interlibrary loan request form is available at the Circulation Desk. More...

Printing & Scanning

Washburn law students are not currently charged for printing, however, we encourage all students to use electronic copies of documents when possible. Printing is not avaialbe for non-law patrons. Non-law patrons are ecouraged to scan, email or download materials. 

The law school provides accesss to one scanner that can be used by any patpron to scan materials. The scanned materals may be emailed or saved to a USB drive.
