Karli is responsible for leading the school's marketing and communications efforts, including developing strategic plans, managing projects, creating compelling content, and sharing the school's successes with the larger community. Prior to joining the Marketing Communications team, she worked for six years as the Director of Alumni Relations where she oversaw programs to help Washburn Law alumni maintain an engaging relationship with their alma mater.

Before joining Washburn Law in 2015, Karli worked for more than 10 years in communication, marketing, and engagement, including serving as the Director of Communications at UMKC Law, the communications lead at a local non-profit, and as a greeting card writer and editor for a national corporation.
