Fall ceremony information for guests
Parking is free on campus. Graduates, families and friends may utilize Parking Lots 2, 3, 4, and 16. Lot 5 will be reserved for ADA-accessible parking for graduates and guests.
Please enter through the southeast doors of Lee Arena. All seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Saving or reserving rows of seats is not permitted.
Washburn staff will be available on-site to assist guests with special needs. If you or your guests require accommodations or accessible seating, please email washburnpresident@washburn.edu at least two weeks prior to the ceremony date to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
Ceremony livestream
The ceremony will be live streamed for guests who are unable to attend the ceremony. The stream should begin approximately 15 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning. The livestream can be found on the Washburn University's YouTube channel for live events.
Washburn Law Alumni Association
The Washburn University School of Law Alumni Association serves more than 7,000 graduates around the globe. Membership in the Association supports programs, services and communication to connect alumni students and friends. Upon graduation, our newest alumni receive five years of complimentary membership, and as part of this membership, alumni receive the Washburn Law Journal as well as discounts to local and national businesses.
