Meredith Wiggins is the Assistant Director for Professional Development. Meredith's office is located in the Foulston Siefkin Professional Development and Admissions Suite (Room 104L).

Meredith comes to Washburn Law with a long background in legal professional development, having previously worked in the Career Development Office at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and the Career Services Office at the University of Kansas School of Law. She has worked with students across all areas of interest, with particular knowledge of judicial clerkships, JD Advantage roles, and out-of-state job searches. Her experience working in undergraduate career services and teaching college writing allows her to bring a unique perspective to working with law students to reach their career goals. Prior to beginning her career in this field, Meredith earned a Master's in Women Studies and a Master's in Literature from the University of Alabama.

Outside of work, Meredith can be found spending too much time at estate sales and thrift stores, watching pro hockey, and singing little songs to her extremely good cat, Asparagus Pugsley Wiggins.
