Online / Distance Education Courses

This page lists online courses offered by Washburn Law in previous and upcoming semesters that apply toward the ABA 30-credit distance education limit

Because ABA Standards restrict distance learning, students seeking to enroll in Third Year Anywhere® should not take any distance education courses prior to their third year of law school. See also: J.D. graduation checklist (100 KB PDF).

Be advised that courses listed below that have been offered in the past are not guaranteed to be offered as online distance education again in a future semester. In addition, a course previously offered in a particular semester (e.g., fall) may, if offered again, be in a different semester (e.g., spring). You are encouraged to meet with one of the program professors as you engage in course planning for Third Year Anywhere®.
